Whisper in the Void grants a 15% increase in monthly Influence, it also gives a Research boost of 15%. If you are interested in increasing Influence there are two Covenants you can choose, Whispers in the Void and End of the Cycle. You only gain access to a Covenant through a vision. Once inside the Shroud you can enter into a Covenant with one, and only one, of the five Patrons living in The Shroud. The Parliamentary Systems Civic is another way to get an Influence boost out of your factions, which is 25%.Įthics can give overall bonuses to your Influence per month. If you have a Fanatic Egalitarian Civic you will get an increase of 50%. If your empire has an Egalitarian Ethic the Influence created by your factions is increased by 25%. As mentioned previously, the base number of 1.5 can be increased to 2.5 after the proper technology is researched. If all factions are 100% happy, they provide the maximum Influence available to them per month. Factions can provide 1.5 Influence points per month total, although that number is scaled down if factions are unhappy or disapprove of your policies.
